We stayed here only one night and the experience was not very pleasant. Took over 40 minutes to check us in (no one in front of us) We tried to buy some snacks from the lobby and asked if they could add it to the room and they said that they could not add it, we had to pay either cash or credit card so we had to go back to the room to get money. We called the lobby to ask if they were going to have a specific game at the 12th floor bar, they said they were going to check and call us back, but they never did. We called back and they stated the game was going to be available at the bar. We show up to the bar and asked for the game and they said they did not have yhe channel for the game... customer service was not the best. Rooms are nice but the layout was not the best. We are frequent travelers and Marriott members, and by far this was our worst experience.
