Definitely lives up to the hype. Fish ceviche tostada and shrimp aguachile were so fresh, some of the best I’ve had!

As far as street food goes. This place is serving fresh fish and it’s delicious. The lines were so long but so worth it! The plato de aguachiles was so perfect with just the right amount of spice. They have a cart with extra hot sauces and spices and tostadas that you can use as well to make it just how you like it!

Unreal aguachile, best I’ve ever had. First time I had it we got it “picoso” which is full heat and it was so so tasty but insanely spicy (for me). Next time we tried it “medio” and it wasn’t a struggle to eat. I think it was a bit more flavorful when ordered picoso, but It was such an intense experience the first time haha. Fortunately there is a paleta stand right next to it so you can go cool your mouth off that way.
TLDR: you have to try their aguachiles and I think everything else is great too

We visited Ensenada Baja California, Mexico and we loved it. Our first stop was El Guero as they are highly recommended. We were not disappointed at all.

The place looks not fancy at all and a little worrisome, but trust me you are in good hands. I had food there and I am a Latin Canada, never got sick or had an issue.

After a good meal a tequila n wine tour was a great option. Keep on eating #chicocares.

Delicious! The best seafood I’ve had here so far. We ordered shrimp and octopus cocktail and the flavor was just the homemade flavor I’m used to. Everything we tried we loved. Will definitely come back to this sea food cart. Definitely recommended

The best seafood cocktail of all time! Try the campechano and see what's like. It's food pornography. Very consistent quality and freshness.
