Buttery fresh salmon sashimi over an interesting bed of cucumber spirals. Followed by delectable cuts of salmon in hand rolls packed with goodness.

The rolls were displayed so very interesting and astheticly appealing. Beautiful display as the nico and the top hat came to the table. Almost too pretty to eat! Wife said the ceviche topping of the top hat roll was a bit too acidic for her but I enjoyed the sharp flavor juxtaposed against the smooth roll, was a good partnership to me. After one bite nothing can stop you they were so good.

I should mention we are fans of good salmon so, they had us at the sashimi. We left fat and happy, really loved the whole experience.

Wait staff was very polite and accommodating. Price was fair, atmosphere cool and trendy modern. Clean all around. We really enjoyed ourselves. Its nice to have a go to place in Ensenada for good sushi. We will definitely be back again.

Great sushi. We got 6 of the chef's favorites and were not disappointed. If you dont prefer BBQ sauce be sure to tell them as 3 of our rolls had them. If we had been able to read the menu we may have ordered slightly differently. We also had rice bowls which were pretty good.

Comparing to other sushi places in Ensenada, Nigori is probably the best - but this doesn't say much. The rolls are too large and requires you to either cut it in two or to swallow it all at once. Another issue is that they sneakily put surimi (fake crab) in the rolls but sell them as "soft shell crab". That's really cheap of them. On a more positive note, their champions Ivan Andrei are delicious.

I had to go back and change my review :/ I went a second time and there was a new waiter that was way too agresivo un his sales strategy, he would always offer the most expensive dish on the menu, and would continue to try and make you order what he wanted even when you already said you made up your mind. The food is still great and very clean, but that really messed it up for me and my wife. If we had not been there before, we would definitely not plan on going back, but I hope when I do I get a different waiter.

Great service! Even when ordering to go the waiter offered complimentary sake and soup while we waited. They got our order mixed up but we didn't mind since we were already in a good mood with the sake!

Sushi was very good Not the freshest of them all buy good quality , Tons of options it feels more like 4.5 but i would not be fair in my opinion to give it 4 stars, good place to park, i asked for opinion to the sushi makers and made me a special sushi just for me (of course it he made one of the most expensive sushi 250 pesos). service was ok. place to park just freshnes could be a little better with the rice.

The place is accessible. Ensenada has horrible parking. Inside, the restaurant is nice looking. It's clean. Good customer service. My wife had a sushi roll, and she liked it a lot. The jalapenos-soya sause was very good. My bowl of rice wasn't good. It was old/dry. I asked for an udon bowl. The soup was very good, the noodles were just good. My complain is that everywhere where I have gone, it comes with a nice bowl of veggies, and An egg. It was missing.
We ordered delivery. This time a tempanyaki beef which was very good. Same valle dorado roll.
