Horrible customer service at drive thru. I ordered a big box with secret recipe and it took 20 mins to be ready. I was expecting fresh warm food because of that, but the chicken was chewy, seemed that it was reheated a couple of times. I usually eat at kfc because I love the biscuits, but the once here are hard as rock even when this was for dinner.
If you love KFC just as I do, please look for another branch, this one is the worst I ever tried.

The food was fine, but the service is slow in both ways, inside restaurant and auto service.

Awful. It is a shame that I could not give them zero stars. The people that work there are both lazy and rude. I came in after working a 15-hour day. I was tired and just wanted a fast decent meal. Two of the counter workers were sitting at a table and looked disgusted when they had to stop talking and help me. The young lady took my order and pointed to the young man who was still sitting at the table when I ordered a chicken sandwich meal (as if he was responsible for making part of the order). He slumped over in his chair and threw his hands up and said No, I don't want to, and continued to sit. The girl went in the back where 3 other kitchen workers were laughing and chasing each other around. Someone got my order together and threw it in a sack. No condiments, napkins, or utensils. It was a cold chicken sandwich, rock hard cold fries and a single chicken filet that look as if it had been cooked the day before. I took one bite if the sandwich and decided that it was probably healthier and safer if I just threw it away. I drank the Coke because it was the only edible part of the meal. I come to Chihuahua often on business and have never had such poor service and terrible food. My advice to anyone considering this KFC is to go somewhere else. You can get better food at Oxxo or a gas station, and the people aren't rude

Everytime we go they do not have anything...no crunchie, no chicken sandwich, no promotion...only original recipe, coleslaw, puree...the staff is horrible, the managers or incompetent...very unprofessional...the KFC in mall and going to Cuauhtemoc are far better.

If you like grease and salty food this is your place. The only thing I really enjoyed was the biscuits.

Bad, Bad service, visited FFR on Wed. Aug 1, 2012, afternoon, the girl behind counter doing everything by herself, the rest of the employees shooting the breeze behind counter not even taking a moment to show empathy for the customers waiting in line. Food was alright, service VERY, VERY SLOW. They suppose to give you the food for free if you do not get a ticket, well this young lady serve like 3-5 customers without even providing a cash ticket, The employees were a bunch of high school kids that really do not care about customer service at all. If you are in a hurry, don't visit this place, find a mexican style chicken place, they are way faster. :-(
