The hotel itself was beautiful and clean. The pool was wonderful and clean, the rooms were as well. The problem was the quality of service. The waitstaff wasn’t attentive. The breakfast was also very poor tasting, even though it was expensive. The card terminals were not working anywhere. The pool bar was overpriced, and we were overcharged for drinks. The bartender came to our room to charge us for the drinks because of the card terminal not working. He overcharged us for liquor.

Breakfast was good, nice room and mostly friendly staff. Took about 20 min for a pool drink at 9pm when everything was empty. I wouldn’t park in the garage, that’s why I gave such a low rating. Hotel spots aren’t safe, had people wipe the windows and would not get off our truck until we paid them 800 pesos FOR THE WINDSHIELD TO BE WIPED!

Nice, clean hotel with plenty of good restaurants right in front of the door. In house breakfast is a bit weak, hence the 4 stars.

Very bad hotel
Way too expensive
Can't turn down a/c more turn 19 Celsius
Bathroom door doesn't close
Impossible to find the entrance they have signs anywhere

Breakfast is not included and it's freaking expensive but they won't tell you that and there's no anouncios that tell you it's not included

Our trip for the weekend of Sept 4, 2021 was for a special event in Chihuahua. Several in our group stayed that weekend. The hotel was clean and beautiful. Staff was courteous and attentive, until we got to buffet breakfast. It was included in our price but we didn't go back on the second morning after our experience the first morning. It was disorganized and staff completely blamed the guests. One of the staff members wearing a red shirt actually told us if we sat at the right table we would get better service. We apologized and moved but service did not change. Buffet items were not replenished in a timely manner, and staff was running around like they didn't know what to do next. When we left one person followed me because we didn't leave a tip. I wasn't sure what he was asking for and the lady in the red shirt explained he was asking for a tip without saying those words. I was honest and told her service was less than satisfactory and walked away. It was awful! Again, we didn't go back for our "free" breakfast. It wasn't worth the grief.

Excellent hotel.
Very good location; there's a small plaza and a supermarket nearby. You have all you may need very close.
Attention and cleanness are very good !!!

The hotel staff was rude before we even checked in. We were traveling with a big party for a family wedding. The staff would not respect the wedding reservation code and proceeded to call us cheap for not wanting to pay the current rate. The manager proceeded to yell at us and wave us off the hotel as his team refunded our account since they had charged us the wrong rate. Security followed us all the way to our car to make sure we left.
