YES DO IT!
It’s super easy to do online, you pick what theme you want ect u0026 than do the add ons if you want. It’s all broken down with price u0026 what not.
When we got there it was crowded so I wish I better a better time but I thought with sunset it would look great u0026 the sky did but remember the sun sets in the opppsite direction!!!
The charcuterie board was amazing great options u0026 omg the chocolate moose BEST part!!!
Highly recommend it! I did it for my boyfriend’s 25th birthday u0026 wow did he feel so special it’s super cute u0026 what not, you can do it for any event birthdays bach event, anniversary literally anything!!
Both the owners/ the women setting it up was super nice!! I forgot her name but super sweet u0026 did an amazing job!

Went and above and beyond to make our picnic special!! Very happy with the outcome!! We were running very late due to a mix up on my end. Even though we were charged a late fee. It was still worth it because she was able to have new photographer come out and have everything set up before we got there. We did not miss a beat and everything ran smooth.

I planned a birthday trip to Cancun for my husband and stumbled across picnic a la Playa. Our hotel was not the best and I wanted a spectacular surprise we both could enjoy.
Rosanna was a God send! With spotty cell phone service she communicated with me via text. I had a million questions. She answered EACH one even sent pictures and the high level of professionalism never dropped. She was not pushy at all!

I was unsure of what the execution would be..(I was nervous out of the country and just paid for a service by trusting text messages from a stranger)

Upon arrival my husband and I were floored! The set up was exactly like images. I went with the classic and the cheese and fruit tray was fresh and delicious.

I brought a small Bluetooth speaker and the team took a few pictures for us and allowed us to enjoy alone and if we needed anything we could simply send a text.

Nothing is perfect...the picnic was very close to it. The price is reasonable maybe $$ u0026 1/2.
I went with the set up because I'm on vacation and picking up the basket and then setting up myself sounded like work...LOL

IF I had to make any suggestions it would be to have a tangible take away(a momento)...maybe the acrylic wine glasses, photo frame, keychain, or something with the logo . Maybe even a blanket because If you choose the to go picnic you get a blanket to keep.

This is an experience we will never forget and was the best part of our vacation!

5 stars to Rosanna and her team. She was very patient in answering all the questions I had for the picnic setup. I planned a proposal for my girlfriend and booked the photographer through them as well. They put in their heart while planning everything and doing the setup. Everything was perfect from the food, to location and even the timing. Huge shoutout to Rosanna and big thanks for making it so special for us :)

I planned this out before I left Canada to come to Cancun. Picnic a la Playa did an amazing job setting up the birthday surprise picnic for my girlfriend. The emotions were heavy, my girlfriend loved it and was really surprised. Thank you so much for everything. Koodos to Jesse, you are amazing.

The ambiance is a 10 out of 5. Location. 5 out of 5. Food. 0 out of 5. I chose the breakfast as my bf and I did this at 8am. The main part of the meal (pancakes and waffles) were the coldest stalest items I’ve ever eaten. No i didn’t expect an amazing meal but i expected more for the $90 they charge you. There should be serving sizes based on your group as well. Doesn’t make sense for two people to get 5 people worth of food. Definitely would do this again with more people. Cute as all get out but the breakfast is TERRIBLE!

My boyfriend used Picnic a la Playa for planning a proposal for me at Cancun. It was an amazing experience. The setup was very beautiful and the team did all they could to make the moment both memorable and special. Thank you Picnic a la Playa :)
