I visited here just before the Covid. I did love the interior and the selection of food back then. Not sure the case for now but I like the fact you have a nice overview of the dining area where people can see the bands (if they are playing) without any problem. I definitely recommend going to the live band!
Why I gave half rating will be the staff were not attentive enough and kind of miss out the hard rock feelings for sure.
Rock shop is inside the restaurant and you can find it direct in the entrance (love the design).

Nice, intimate setting. Option to eat outside. Waitstaff was less than stellar, lacked any enthusiasm at all. Food was ok but nothing great and the $15 Long Island ice tea came in a glass so small I doubt it had any alcohol!

Normal Hard Rock decor, does look really well maintained and clean. Menu and food just what you would expect if in the States. Prices very comparable also. If you're looking for a spot one evening, it's worth considering. Its also oceanfront. Have some food while watching the waves come in.

This trip was the worst trip I’ve been on, got here on the 21st room was leaking from the ceiling, they never once did anything about it, on the 22nd claim I broke a hookah u0026 tried to charge me 290, on the 23rd we went out for some activities, came back soaking wet, me u0026 my kid just wanted to take a shower but found out we were locked out of our room. Went back down to the lobby 3 times to get a key, they knew the room was locked but kept sending me u0026 my child upstairs with keys they knew wouldn’t work. Go back down a third time they locked my things in my room u0026 would not let me access them until I signed a paper saying I’ll pay 290 for a 20 dollar hookah they claim I broke, it was so many ppl at the pool not sure why they picked me to place the blame on. One min it was I had to pay in pesos, next mins they switch it to 290 in American money, they are money hungry, rude u0026 unprofessional. If I could rate this trip a -0 I would. I will not be retuning back. My child was hungry u0026 wet u0026 they did not care, she was traumatized. How could you treat a child like that, I paid 1500 to be here. My child fell at the pool u0026 not once did anybody that worked here ran to her aid, she hurt her arm u0026 hit her face on the ground. This place is trash, the staff of trash, the rooms are trash. I hate it here.

The food at the Zen was very delicious and the service by Fernando was absolutely out of this world! He made us feel like royalty. He's very humble, kind, friendly and respectful. A special thanks also for Damian at the Ciao restaurant. He was super amazing as well. My family really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Keep up the excellent work! u003c3

Bit quiet for a Friday night. Decent band on. Fab staff and service. Outside area noisy at night due to club next door. No souvenir pint glasses or pins were available when we visited. Unlikely to return as I didn't like its surroundings but if you are there it's worth popping in

I went with my family and kids and I had a terrible experience eating the hamburgers; frozen meat, it was like eating cardboard boxes. I ordered for my kids Mac and cheese with chicken fillets; extra salty. My kids didn’t touch it. Food very expensive for being hard rock Cancun. I was very disappointed it. It was like eating 1 time and never come back. Mac and cheese not charged but hamburgers charged. Wasted money and supervisor on 7/30/2022 night refused to refund. Terrible experience. Never coming back again!
