Would love to give more than 5 stars as this clinic is amazing, professional and knowledgeable. Dr Sanchez is truly an artist with exceptional medical knowledge. I was greeted by the lovely Anna who is so kind and helpful. The assistants Alejandro and Daphne took excellent care of me during my treatment and Favian drove me to and from my hotel excellently. A wonderful experience from beginning to end. Certainly the best clinic in Cancun!

Amazing! Went in for Co2 resurfacing, very professional, clean, affordable, and painless. Had a consultation first where they explained the procedure and aftercare, then fit me in for a same-day treatment. Employees are constantly checking on you to offer bottled water and make sure the room temperature is comfortable. Will definitely be coming back next time I’m in Cancun.

I was in Cancun and decided to visit Oneline Clinic. A warm, welcoming clinic with great staff. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and kind.
I felt very comfortable trusting them with my procedure and couldn’t be happier with the results!
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends who visit Cancun.

Oneline Beauty Clinic is the pinnacle of luxury aesthetic care in Cancún.
I am from the States, and decided that I’d like to get fillers while on holiday.
After a simple social media search and one WhatsApp messages, I was all set with an appointment.
The facility is beyond beautiful, and gives the elevated, sterile but luxurious esthetic that is comforting and totally on-trend. I was greeted by the staff, and everyone made me feel heard, seen, and valued, with their smiles and kind words.

Now, the fun stuff:

For reference, I am a Black woman in my mid-30s. My skin still has lots of elasticity, and my wrinkles are minimal to nonexistent. With that stated, I am also a wife to an executive, and the mother of a 5-year-old child actor; so needless to say, my days are LONG!
I went into Oneline Beauty Clinic, initially thinking that I wanted a small tweak to my nose. Once meeting with Dr. Sanchez and Dr. Wong, my knowledge of fillers and their multipurpose abilities vastly grew. They showed me how fillers in various places in my face would not only make me look refreshed, but would also enhance the natural beauty that I already possessed.
Once the doctors and I agreed on the placement and procedure, the medical assistant provided a (VERY thorough) breakdown of costs, which was absolutely reasonable.
“Before” photos were taken, and I was told that “After” photos would be taken, as well, to record the improvements.

The procedure took about one hour. This being my first time having any type of “enhancements” to my face, I was excited but quite nervous. The doctors were able to recognize that, and played music at a frequency that brought about relaxation and ease. They mapped out my face as I held a mirror, and went over everything in entirety with me before beginning. Over the course of the hour procedure, I was asked by Dr. Sanchez, Dr. Wong, and their assistants about my comfort. The care received was superb.

I am now a little over one month post-procedure, and I am BEYOND SATISFIED with my results. The fillers have not only done exactly what the doctors stated they would do, but they have also boosted my confidence in a way that I haven’t felt since my 20s. Dr. Sanchez and Dr. Wong have blessed hands, and there expertise is certainly top-tier.
I would certainly recommend Oneline Beauty Clinic to my family, friends, and even a stranger that I meet on the street. I look forward to visiting them again.

Drs Sanchez and Cruz are absolutely the worst doctors We have ever seen in our 25 years of experience with dermatologists and plastic surgeons!

They have no sense of esthetics and their injections of filler transformed my wife’s beautiful oval face into a lumpy square and the bruises lasted for over 3 weeks.

The botox injections they applied around the eyes and forehead were badly done and caused the right side of my wife’s face to droop giving a stroke like appearance. the droopy eyelid is not only very distressing to look at but it impaired her vision seeing out of that eye. Being concerned that her eyesight could be damaged by the Botox she consulted an ophthalmologist in the USA. He said the droopy eyelid was impairing her vision but that when the droopy eyelid went back to normal her vision should be fine.

My wife consulted a dermatologist and a neurologist in the USA. The neurologist ordered a brain scan that confirms the fact that Juliet did not have a stroke confirming that the problems were due to badly done botox injections. Our dentist and the dermatologist both thought Drs Sanchez hit the zygomatic nerve below the right eye which caused not only the eyelid droop but the face falling as well. Botox usually goes away within four months but that’s a very long time to look deformed!

Drs Sanchez and Cruz refused to take any responsibility for their incompetence.

The clinic and staff are all wonderful. But this clinic is not truthful. They advertise using the brand botox, charge you for botox prices and then use dysport (which is significantly cheaper, needs more product than botox) they would not have even disclosed using dysport until I saw the vile and asked why they were using dysport and charging me for Botox brand. You can get dysport for less per unit in the states than what they charge here. This is really deceptive and a total scam.

The staff was professional and Dr. Gilberto is both an artist and an aesthetician. I highly recommend you do any botox/filler operations over here in Cancun than the States.
