Cannot recommend this place high enough! We stayed at the Ritz-Carlton specifically after hearing great things about this restaurant and we were not disappointed! We were so impressed after first night dining at Fantino that we returned a second night. The catch of the day and the salmon were phenomenal. The homemade pastas were excellent appetizers and the desserts were amazing! The chocolate fondant cake is well worth the wait. The service was top notch! Adrian, Pedro and Alejandro took excellent care of us and we look forward to seeing them again soon!

Simply the best dining experience I've had so far anywhere! This place truly is incredible: delicious and innovative tasting menu, incredible presentation and ambience with live piano music. The service is absolutely top notch: extremely attentive, yet unobtrusive, professional yet with personable, with great attention to detail. I could go on and on, but it was simply the best dinner that everyone should experience. If you're staying at the Ritz, you have to go and even if youre not, make a trip here. 10/10 Worth every penny and highly recommended.

What a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, the service was impeccable, and the value was tremendous. I highly recommend this place to anyone who stays at the Ritz Carlton Cancun. The staff really went above and beyond, and all the little extra treats that the chef would send out were marvelous. I'm sad that we only went once during our three night stay. We'll be back.

Pedals and the food was off the hook. The service and Adrians team was the best I’ve ever had anywhere, from
New York To Napa valley. It was like
A dance and they were incredibly attentive for the entire 3 hours. We didn’t want to leave!! You won’t be sorry. Don’t miss it!

What an absolute pleasure this dining experience was! I was staying at a nearby resort and decided to treat myself to a nice dinner. I was absolutely blown away by both the food and the service. The burrata salad had a savory sorbet on top that not only added flavor, but a fun temp change that was so so good.

They gave me a few amuse bouches, and shockingly, the mushroom cappuccino might have been my favorite. I don’t even like mushrooms! That’s how amazing this restaurant is.

The service was outstanding. They were on top of every detail. The signature filet was melt-in-your-mouth amazing. This dining experience may now be the top of my list for best meal I’ve ever had. They even gave me a rose at the end of dinner to take with me.

Do not miss dining here if you’re in Cancun!

The Old World Luxury of this exceptional restaurant can be felt the moment you walk through the doors. The soft piano music is a delight with each dinner, it adds to the overall ambiance of what is truly a masterpiece of an experience. The service is attentive, masterful and beyond five stars. The chef sends out mini experiences throughout the meal from a tiny appetizer to a snack mid meal to a rich dessert to end. The burrata (pictured) is crafted from all local ingredients and so picturesque its disappointing to break it apart to eat. The seafood risotto in its decadent saffron broth is heavenly, and the filet is mirrored with petit local veggies that are so light in taste they balance the richness of the port wine reduction sauce. We were served a selection of freshly baked breads with artisanal olive oils to choose from that range in light to heavier flavor and spice. The tiramisu was the perfect compliment on which to end the meal. The experience was phenomenal and the service impeccable!
