Hotel Margaritas Cancun

Margaritas - now Adhara - is a great hotel in the city. Rooms are very clean. There's a restaurant, bar, pool, poolside bar, and more to enjoy. They have beach shuttles and can arrange any kind of excursion to be had in the area. The breakfast is excellent. All of their lunch and dinner menu is great, too. I highly recommend this place! I've stayed here on three different occasions and it's been very consistent.

Love this place! Great service, fast check-in, secure car parking. Rooms were great, pool was warm, breakfast option was wonderful. Would stay here again and recommend it! Maine was great and she recommended a restaurant called la Parilla which was a total tourist trap but in a good way! Eat great food, listened to music and loved it!

All things considered, this hotel is pretty good value wise. It's clean, the rooms are comfortable, hot water works and there's a parking lot in the back that you can use. There are no amenities tho, it's pretty basic, but for the price, it's great. The location is a little far from the very touristic area. I don't know about public transportation, I was driving. The taxi to the tourist zone was $170 pesos going and $250 to return during the night.

The hotel is good enough but definitely not what I expected. Once I got there front desk told me I couldn't access the pool because it wasn't included in my payment. Really! ? I couldn't get fresh orange juice because they didn't even have some. Bottom line, I paid a lot but only got a room.

Living here 3rd Day, enjoying free buses to the beach, nice service and good interior. Outside hotel many cafes and markets. With a good price. and Free Wi fi everywhere!

For me, position of this hotel fsr from beach not so mean disadvantage, because you can find here many interesting places.

This hotel is horrible.... Upon getting they gave us the wrong room. A room change took awhile u0026 the new room had no running water u0026 smelled funny. The decor was ugly u0026 most of the accommodations were on the neighboring hotel. Could do a lot better. Don't stay here.

I always enjoy staying in in downtown Cancun. Everyone is so nice. Grocery store with an inexpensive atm fee(about 32 pesos). An OXXO is nearby too. The Adhara has a very nice restaurant that more guests should try- excellent food!! I love their steak burgers,big tortas and sandwiches,guacamole. Fresh,safe ice water too so you don't have to buy bottled water. My only complaint is it is very warm in the lobby and restaurant is a tad cooler evem with the air conditioner. My room barely gets to 24 Celsius/75 Fahrenheit..so I ask for a fan and tip them later
