Perfect Fit for our Travel!

We arrived in Cancun at night and our car and driver was already waiting. We just had a little trouble looking for our coordinator but the customer service was to the rescue - as soon as we called and relayed our concern they immediately address the concern and stayed at the phone until we found our coordinator which will drop us to our van and driver.

Our driver from Airport to Hotel was really nice and helpful- provides few things that we can expect and also restaurants around the area. Even helped us with basic Spanish.

Then our driver to the Airport was as awesome as the first one. We do not remember the name of our first driver from all of the tequila we intake BUT we remember the last one - Misa. A nice cowboy guy who entertains us and tell us a lot of fun stories.

Overall Happy Shuttle is a good choice for all!

Always a pleasant and efficient experience with Happy Shuttle! We use Happy Shuttle for personal trips as well and always recommend them for our clients visiting the area. You never have to wait too long for the arrival transfer and they always show up on time for your departure transfer. The prices are much better than any other shuttle company in the area. The vans are clean and comfortable - they aren't luxury vehicles but they also do not claim to be. The best part is that you can pre-purchase beers/sodas :) Drivers are always very friendly!! Recently recommended them to an entire wedding group and out of 20 reservations, no one had a complaint and everyone could locate the company (something that can be a bit overwhelming when the airport is crowded). They are also very easy to get in touch with if needed via phone/email. THANK YOU HAPPY SHUTTLE!!

I traveled to Mexico alone and a Happy Shuttle Cancun made my travel experience extremely easy and safe. Upon arrival to the airport, I was easily able to find the greeting team and get to my pick up spot, despite lots of chaos outside the airport. It did take about 10 minutes for my van to arrive, but I was happy to wait! Because I was alone, I wanted a private service that would allow me to feel safe, and happy shuttle provided just that!! My departure date was originally supposed to be 05/12, but with lots of tequila and motivation from friends, I decided to stay and extra two nights. Happy Shuttle quickly and easily changed my pick up date and they were extremely flexible with helping me change my plans. I simply sent an email and within a few hours I received a phone call to confirm my new pick up information! I had to email a second time to add two additional passengers to my return pick up, and Happy Shuttle also did this with ease (and no additional cost)!! Our pick up driver, Mario Garcia, was EXCELLENT. He was so kind and shared a bit of information about Mexico during our trip to the airport. He was already waiting for us when we got the our pick up spot and got us to the airport quickly! I cannot recommend this company enough if you want a safe, comfortable, seamless travel experience for a car service!! 10/10 would use them again!!

I had amazing service from Happy Shuttle. It was easy to find once walking out of the airport. I had to wait about 10-15 minutes for my shuttle once checking in. My driver was very nice - he even walked to my hotel to make sure that I made it and got checked in. On departure, I had to leave a day earlier than I scheduled at the last minute and Happy Shuttle accommodated this with less than 24 hours notice, no problem. Thank you for your great service! I do think it's a little bit expensive for one person to travel, but less expensive with a group obviously.

I traveled to Mexico with my daughter and was super nervous. My flight got in at midnight (30 minutes delayed), Happy shuttle was there waiting for me and my daughter. I had to recommend them because they did such a great job. The car was nice and clean, then we were on time for pick up and drop off. My driver was super kind and friendly... even my daughter had good feedback. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I recommend this service to all, but especially for moms traveling alone with kids. This is the best service for you. The one regret I have is not also booking my tours with Happy Shuttle. I went with an agent to my hotel instead and I had a bad experience getting back to my hotel. Hope my review helps someone. Thanks again happy shuttle!!

Happy Shuttle Cancun was extremely helpful and professional! They were easy to spot from walking out of the airport (you have to walk a ways down, but they were holding a sign) and quickly got us onto a shuttle to our hotel. When picking us up, they were early and very quick. When I called to confirm, they had all information. We overall had no concerns and were very impressed about how prompt and efficient they were. Gilberto was a great driver!

We had a great experience with Happy Shuttle! Their rep was ready to guide us to our van as soon as we stepped our of the Cancun airport. Our driver coming in, Mr Salazar was very cordial and well mannered and even gave us tips of places to get around for good food in the area. We also had rebooked our trip and the Happy Shuttle support easily allowed us to change the dates of our pick ups. I was kept informed of everything via e-mail and it was very convenient to use this service. We will use Happy Shuttle again when we travel to Cancun in the future.
