Not for the rowdy. Very chill place. Clean. Comfortable. Excellent storage space. We opted for two queen beds. Had microwave, Mini fridge, TV, desk, nice shower. Excellent for business trip. In downtown, so many amenities in walking distance!

Rooms are surprisingly large and had fridge, coffee pot and microwave. Restaurant was open from 7:30am to 5pm Mon-Fri. Weekends until 2pm. Very reasonably priced. Lobby staff were very helpful.

Super friendly staff all along the night (we arrived late). Very spacious rooms for a good price and lovely breakfast.

Great rooms. Super clean. Decent wifi in the ground floor, not so good on the second. Fabulous breakfast (not in my price). Wonderful staff. I don;t like Cancún but if I was forced back I would stay here.

Great hotel. Rooms are clean and cleaned every day. Very friendly staff. Great location with a couple of great bars with live music within walking distance, Walmart 5 minutes walk.

Don't hesitate, book this place if you're looking for a budget friendly option in downtown! We accidentally booked the wrong dates at our resort and needed a place for the night we landed. Our requirements were that it be convenient, clean and comfortable. This place blew us away! The room smelled as clean and fresh as a 4 star, the sheets and towels were embossed with the hotel name and logo, the rooms were huge with vaulted ceilings and they even provided plastic cutlery which was so unexpected but amazing since we grabbed some food on the way! As for the noise complaints, totally true. There is a heavy metal bar just up the road and the live bands are loud but they close at 11pm so unless you're an ultra early bird or have young kids this isn't really an issue. Also it's only weekends. You'll love this place, easy 5 stars review.
