Was hoping for some good pizza since the food at Crown Paradise resort sucks. But then I received cold pizza half with no toppings. Taste like it had been sitting for hours.

Beware! Called order in and before hanging up I asked for total $407, when driver came he asked for $490, I asked if there was a charge for delivery and he says it’s free. Clearly he was trying to rip me off for $5USD plus whatever tip he could get. Unlucky for him, one pizza was missing and when he opened his jacket to reach for phone, there was a label in big letters my order total $407.
I have to give him credit, and maybe it’s because he felt embarrassed that he got caught, he did come back with the missing pizza and only collected the money when he returned the second time.

Loved it! Nothing like a taste of some good pizza while on vacation. Check it out if you're in the hotel zone in cancun!

Good service, good pizza. Ate indoors, tables socially distanced. Nice view of the water and boats. Staff wore masks. Clean facility, air-conditioned.

Awful delivery and service. Tried calling them 10 times after having placed an order. They purposefully don't pick up and rum you around. Ended up having to order room service. Awful, awful, awful #neveragain

Don’t bother. I ordered in DiDi. They didn’t bother sending anyone six minutes away to our hotel after two hours. Had to call the app and argue for a refund. When I called the store - they hung up on me! Spend your money someplace else.

I called 3 times to hotel first time waited 2 hours then called to check on status they said they will be there in 10 mins another hour later I called again they ask me to re order my food 5 hours later still never got my food and now they are close
