A great experience full of excitement and fun!! Our instructors: Frank, Juan, and Jose are really kind, passionate and professional. They took care of us a lot and we are very grateful for their help! They also recommended us great restaurants in Cancun. We learned useful diving knowledge and had beautiful dives. The fishes and corals under the sea are amazing! We also went to the Tulum to do cave dive. Really recommend to cave dive after diving under the sea. Cave dive is also excited and has different beauty from sea. Looking forward to come to Cancun again and to dive with these awesome guys!

My friends and I really had a good time with Cancun Scuba Center on 11/27 and 11/28. Frank, Alfredo and Juan Carlos are so nice to tell us about any possible place that we can improve after diving even though we have licenses. Also they really took good care of my friends who are not certified divers. I will definitely go diving with them again in Cancun in the future!

Perfect Experience from start to finish. We were picked up right on time at our hotel. Juan Carlos was immediately friendly and engaging. With my 11 year old daughter and life changing their mind about trying Scuba, the team was prepared and made sure they had a great time snorkeling. My sons and I enjoyed a spectacular trip to MUSA and a reef. The captain and mate were outstanding and our diving experience was safe, enjoyable and effortless. I could not recommend them more strongly

I am so happy I decided to receive my PADI Scuba certification from Cancun Scuba Center. The team was very supportive every step of the way. Before I arrived in Cancun Juan Carlos was available to answer all my questions in preparation for trip. My instructor was Francisco and he is an AMAZING instructor. He takes diver training very seriously to make for a safe experience
but also helps you stay relaxed and confident to enjoy the dives. I was a bit nervous for the dive but his reassurance and patience helped me reach my goal in scuba certification. Also the captain and first mate Jose and Valentin were a pleasure to be around as we travelled to and from the dive sites. If you want a top tier scuba experience I recommend these guys, I know I will be back to complete my Open Water Certification next!

Attended the three day open water certification course with my wife during our honeymoon. It was an amazing and unforgettable experience. Frank was an outstanding instructor. I may have never made it through this course without his outstanding tutelage and patience. The entire team at Cancun Scuba Center was outstanding. I highly recommend taking the opportunity to dive with this group and getting certified if time permits.

Cancun Scuba Center (CSC) helped my wife and I get our open water certifications in February 2022. It was the highlight of our vacation! We received training and instruction from Fran and Juan Carlos. They both were extremely knowledgeable, kind, caring, genuine, enthusiastic, and funny. We had a great time and felt at ease because CSC emphasizes safety. CSC taught us how to dive safely and properly. Fran and Juan Carlos made sure we were calm and comfortable, and only put us in situations we were confident we were ready for. They offered us helpful feedback and tips, pacing instruction appropriately based on our progress (Fran and Juan Carlos were happy to repeat information and exercises as needed). They were excellent communicators (above and below 'the surface'). The other members of the CSC team were professional and reliable. José did a great job handling the equipment, keeping us safe and happy. Capi skillfully maneuvered the boat to bring us to our dives and retrieve us after we had finished them. I had an amazing time with CSC, and we created beautiful memories. I hope to dive with them again, and I recommend diving and/or training with them!

15/10 -- This was the best possible place to take my family for first time scuba. My family has varying levels of comfort and experience in the water, and our instructor Frank handled the situation perfectly. He was incredibly patient with my mom who asked a ton of questions about how the whole process worked (scuba can be intimidating at first!) and you could tell that he really cared. We started off with a debrief on safety, equipment, and skills/knowledge. We then moved into the pool to practice what we learned. Though my parents took longer than usual, Frank was able to get all of them comfortable with the equipment and techniques required to do our first dive at 10m.

Juan Carlos, the owner of CSS also came by to see how we were doing. I mentioned to him that I wanted to surprise our mom with a sign underwater since it was her birthday. He understood well what I was going for and helped work with me to set up the surprise.

After that, we boated to the location of our dive. Jose was also with us to help guide our group of 4. He was also very experienced and I was grateful to have him there providing my mom/dad help when needed. We ended up seeing a lot of cool reefs, structures, and fish. We boated back and that was the end of the trip, such a great experience.

We will never forget our first time scuba, but what made it even more memorable was the personable people who worked there, making sure everyone felt comfortable and had a good time. Everyone was friendly and professional. Don't go anywhere else.
