Very clean neat place to stay in the city. The hot water wasn't working like other people mentioned but it was middle of 100 degrees outside so it didn't bother me at all.
The owner couple was very nice and informative. The breakfast was delicious.
Totally recommend this place!

I lived here 2 nights. All people who work or live here are friendly, breakfast was perfect altough not so much, but fruit salad was spectacular. Room was clean the most imprtant for me - it is a silent always. I defenitly reccomend this guest house. Don't hesitate to book)

BEWARE!!! I booked a stay at Pecari 10 months ago, confirmed via Facebook, got confirmation back from Pecari, checked in upon arrival, paid, and then was told they had actually rented our room to someone else!

I was told they had not received confirmation from us for the stay. I showed the owner the Facebook message he had sent me confirming the appointment 10 months ago. Unbelievable bad experience. We ended up in a nearby park scrambling to find another place to stay for three days when we thought our anniversary stay was planned and confirmed nearly a year in advance!

Do you really want to book here and take a chance that upon arrival you actually won't have a place to stay?

Amazing place with the best host! Super clean with really good breakfast! Our room was very nice and had big shower! I recommend this place to everyone who wants to visit Cancun!

Book and stay here! This was the perfect find and exactly what we were looking for. Our two hosts were extremely kind and hospitable. We had a number of questions about things in the area including where to rent a car (and not get ripped off), where to shop, etc. etc. They had all the info we needed and even more. It is comfortable and clean and they provide a wonderful breakfast. We happen to stay there while Hurricane Zeta came through. The city shut down and they would not sell alcohol to anyone. It was my friend's birthday and we couldn't even have wine to celebrate. We were talking to our hosts and they decided to pull out a bottle of tequila some former guest had left behind and said HAPPY BIRTHDAY!. We hung out in the pool in the back and had a wonderful time. Rooms are clean, spaces are very comfortable at all hours. I HIGHLY recommend staying here and I will whenever I'm back in Cancún!
