We paid for breakfast but the staff are not flexible and don't care about the guests. We had an excursion at 7:45 and they would not adapt the breakfast time. The breakfast was at 8:30 and they wouldn't bring it forward slightly. One of the ladies was nice, however I guess the chef didn't want to wake up earlier. Many tourists visiting Cancun will do an excursion that involves leaving early, the hotel should take this into account and offer breakfast from an earlier time. Poor customer service.

This hotel is located in downtown Cancun so if you are new to the area of Cancun this might not be the best place for you since it’s located about 20 minutes away from all the fun activities that Cancun has to offer. If your in the area and have a car and are trying to find an affordable hotel for a couple of nights this is the place for you. The staff are very friendly and will do their best to accommodate your request if you have any. Also this isn’t a hotel that is high end it’s very basic. You get a room with a very comfortable bed and bathroom a tv is provided and a really good ac and terrace. They do offer breakfast in the morning and it’s very delicious everything is home made. The pool is very beautiful and it’s located in the rooftop.

The worst accomodation in Mexico!!! We booked room with king size bed and got a room with normal bed. We communicated with lady on recepcition, if I can call it, and we got another room. Second room has king size bed, BUT!! Airconditioning was broken, missed toilet seat, a TV was fixed on a wall by rope, a door on balcony was broken. The lady promised se got third room next day. The third room missed toilet seat, didn't have balcony, broken tv etc. We communicated this situation with booking.com, but they answered after two days and said that we can only write a rewiew for another customer. I really regret that we try make a deal with this hotel and didn't go to another hotel.
We stay for four days but room service came only one time and when you must throw toilet paper to a trash can (after using) that's really not ok, towels were torn and I can continue but I'm just angry again.

VERY POOR QUALITY, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! FAKE PICTURES . Everything that you see in the webpage pictures is fake! THERE IS NO GARDEN VIEW ( which I chose and I paid for that). My room was very small and the shower didn’t have hot water, actually barely had water. The bed is made out of concrete . The bathroom door doesn’t open because of the sink of concrete. The breakfast is literally two slices of bread, egg and coffee that does not taste like coffee. THERE IS NO Fruit as shoe. There is not beach close ( I saw the information 1.5 miles, a literal joke) FAKE ADVERTISEMENT!!!

Felipe u0026 staff were truly accommodating u0026 welcoming. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Mattress were Sealy high quality; very comfortable. Quiet, residential neighborhood, but close to main street to take a bus or taxi, or Felipe will order a taxi for you. If you're looking for a resort, this is not for you, but extremely clean, safe, comfortable rooms, u0026 the included breakfast is excellent.

The place did not feel very safe, it is on a dark side road, no one at the reception desk and the doors are flimsy. The guy who checked us in was nice but wanted to take a picture of the booking confirmation email we showed on our phone as proof it is paid which we found odd. He told us the balcony door is propped with a piece of wood to prevent people from getting in..The room was simple, pillow horribly soft, it didn’t seem very clean. We didn’t have the breakfast as it started late at 8:30am although there were signs everywhere that we have to tip them for it. The pool didn’t look clean. There was no one at reception when we left. There was parking if you have a car. I would not stay there again.
