Great bit of fun, certainly a must do in Acapulco. We booked in advance using a broker and queued in front of the ticket office from 3pm (long queues). Very good commentary by the boat only in Spanish and good entertainment provided. Our tour last two hours in daylight 4:30pm to 6:30pm. I'm told that later tours are more party oriented.
