Came for 3 nights and not worth it. We had to keep the mini bar cabnit open so the fridge would cool the drinks. The air conditioner in the master room sucked and the worst, IT SMELLS LIKE MOLD. HAD TO PUT A incense to mask the air. The food is alright, not the best.

I gave the resort 5 stars because of the view. The view from our suite was beautiful. The food is hit and miss. The shower had a smell and the switch to turn the shower head on was too tall. The spa is closed but doesn’t say that on the website.

The hotel is well located on one side of the Acapulco Bay.
The beach was pretty clean and it is near several attractions.
The restaurant service is excellent.
The food is good, but they lack variety.
We left a note for the cleaning lady to clean some light switches that looked pretty nasty and she didn´t.
They lacked ingredients for several drinks so they didn´t make them.

The view and all services were amazing but they need to turn Air Conditioners on, it was too hot at reception and in the lobby when doing check in and check out. Also the food wasn’t really good, the only good restaurant is “La Trattoria”

We are visitors of several other Secrets hotels but Acapulco only have a Dreams available.

The worst so far, old, slow, bad service in front desk. They require you to leave the pool at 7pm, which is ridiculous as the sun is settling down in the following hour, and they close as well the bar so an all inclusive with restrictions.

The room: had a noise 24/7 a small knocking but constant. The bathroom looks and feels old.

The food was good but with few options.

Thank you for such great hospitality. What made our stay warm / inviting, gave us peace of mind with a genuine helping hand was the great service by the bell men the manager Jose( Pepé) and Fernando. Great job we appreciated you very much!

We came in on Wednesday night only 2 restaurant was open of 5 plus the food was not warm at la ceiba. When to the bar ask for a shot of don julio the bartender tell are you a member I said no and he tell me sorry you can’t not have this shot what is the point for paid all-inclusive if you can’t not get a better drink. Tv did not have service. Pools and beach closed at 7pm. No AC in the lobby.
