I love the self serve condiments section where you can customize your food. Great service and I also like the fact that upstairs, you can plug your phone at many tables.

A bit crowded but there is plenty of space in the second floor, the location is amazing, refill your glass at no extra cost.

I have another concept about Mdonald's in Guatemala, unfortunately the one I visited in Mexico has it low service, the superviser's attitude was bad and all the people shows a inneficiet knowledge about the customer is firt.

In general the service is good, but if there is a lot of people, they will forget some orders.

The location is excellent, this restaurant has a nice design, the food is... You already know, but the service is not that good

A McDonald's like any other.
Nothing special.
The only downside is that sometimes the place is packed and the line for ordering is pretty slow.
