No hot water in the 7 nights we were there…..so yep you got it…cold showers! Went to front desk and told them and they said “no hot water”. Paid extra for a kitchenette….what I got was a 2 burner hit plate that didn’t work…no kitchen sink…no microwave…and the fridge wax duct-taped shut!!! After a great deal of difficulty (even using my translator) I got them to remove duct tape! Went down to pool and everyone coming out of pool wax blue….so nope don’t go in there! I would NEVER stay at this hotel again!!! I only stayed there because I was there for an international event for a family member and they all of the international competitors stayed there so thought it would be decent! Sure wasn’t! HORRIBLE…..I have no clue where all these 5 star reviews are coming from!!!!

Cancelled our reservations u0026 no Communication. Spent hours looking for a place for 6 ppl. This was a terrifying experience.

This was my first time attending this hotel and my experience was very nice and it was a very pleasant vacation for my family and I. I would definitely staying in again, and this view is amazing.

The place is disgusting I soon I came in the lobby you can see the quality of the place. I expected better of the room. Very old and mold in the ceiling

Stayed with Family a couple times during the holidays and was very impressed with how clean and sanitized the rooms were. The staff are attentive and friendly. Overall a great experience!

Good price, no room service, beds are ok at least the ones I slept on the rest of my family complained. Doors and furniture are a bit outdated but I'm not picky I'm there to sleep didn't use the pool since I spent my day at the beach. Over all it was ok.
