Inventory looked low...nothing exciting for me this time

I give ZARA a 2 star mainly due to the service, I’ve been to ZARA stores here in Mexico and I’ve notice they lack customer service skills, I’ve been to the stores quite a few times and unfortunately the staff in the men’s section is awful, they’re not helpful, service oriented, they’re rude, but when I truly needed some jeans and a coat I had no choice but to scoured the entire store looking for something that would suit me, I asked a few of the staff members about sizes and colors only to be told to ask somebody else, but not only that, the manner in which they answer you is unprofessional. In the end I bought the coat I needed but my experience was not pleasant at all.

Due to the whole Covid-19 situation, I think it's important for you to know, that they are not letting you try on the clothes.
