Worst customer service ever.
Poor menu with no great options. Changed our minds as we couldn't find anything we like on the menu and the server could not take the drinks off the bill. A can of Coke. Because it was already sent thru the system.
As if the possibility of canceling an order has never been done.

I would understand if there was something opened or cooked but a can of soda?
What kind of customer service is that?

Ti was looking forward to eating at Olive Garden Grand Plaza, unfortunately the only resemble to the place was the name, won't be back to this place, long time before our server came to the table once we got our salad we had to ask for our dinner wear. Our food came to the table cold, ask to rewarm took 10 minutes to return bad management overall. Sad experience ????

One star ⭐️ I didn’t feel the Olive Garden experience that is normally provided in USA. The restroom was not clean. The service was not great at all. After sitting for about 10 minutes the waiter finally came to greet us. He the proceeded to take our order and my daughter asked for soup and he said they had run out of soup yesterday, Wth?? They only had salad. He brought out the salad bowl with very little salad and literally drops of dressing. No breadsticks. When I asked for the breadsticks he said they were in the oven. I feel they do this to not give people the unlimited breadsticks that’s they’re famous for. Finally he brought out the breadsticks and salad was gone so I asked him for more. He asked me to give him a few minutes to bring more out. Few minutes pass and he comes out with our main dishes and our salad. Normally I’m used to them asking how much cheese we’d like, well he didn’t ask he just added cheese and when we requested more cheese he seemed irritated. The wait was long for him to refill drink.. I had to request more breadsticks. I ordered two meals to go and only received one salad. Terrible experience. Olive Garden “La Gran Plaza” provide better service! Step up your game to what it should be and don’t be so stingy with the food. Soup shouldn’t be out and breadsticks should always be ready and warm

I would prefer dimmer lighting and design attributes for fine dining level of experience and ambience. Prices are moderate when compared to other similar restaurants for the same quality of food. Chicken Gnochi con espinaca was stomach full.
