They should update their operating hours. Got there at 21hrs and the manager said they were closed. The door and Google said sat and sun they closed at 22 hundred hrs. @Starbucks wud up with your amigos.

I know that Starbucks guarantees that you will like your drink and if not, they'll change it for you. But today they did more than that. In the morning, around 7:30, I went to buy a Toffee Nut Latte, and not until I got to work I took a sip and realized it wasn't what I had ordered. So, I decided not to drink it and took it back after work, around 5pm. When I arrived at Starbucks, through the drive-thru, I explained that I had gone in the morning and it wasn't the drink that I had requested. With no another questions asked, and in a very nicely manner, they said sure no problem, we'll change it for you. I offered to give them back the other coffee but they said that, that wasn't necessary. So, once again, they proved, how their costumers are important to them. Thanks so much.????????
