Super long lines at food court! Costco is understaffed. Blame management. At popular times, expect to wait up 45-minutes to an hour or longer for you hot dog, pizza, churro, etc. It’s unacceptable. Costco customer service here is just bad.

Don't ever order anything online from them. They have no phone number that is answered and they don't respond to chat or email

2 stores are not enough for their market in ZMG.
Long lines to pay for our purchases and terrible open/close schedule.
Expensive parking, if you didnt find something and went away, you have to pay $30.

They changed the way to line up to pay and in my opinion is a mess. Hopefuly the go back to normal soon

Always quality products, from the usual stuff that is always there to the items that are in stock for a short time, can't ever really go wrong, love the coffee btw!

It’s overcrowded but it’s not the company’s fault, I’ve been to this Costco several times and I feel that it has less items compared to the one in López Mateos.
