Low quality walls that allow one user to listen to the conversations from other rooms, which is very uncomfortable. Great coffee and food.

Yes a deserving 3 star hotel... Good location and easy access into the city. Rooms were clean .. coffee machine in room was not working , had only one soap when we booked room for 3 persons.

Very good hotel. Clean rooms with a lot of space in the room and bathroom.

A lot of channels in TV. Coffee, iron, safe and extra blankets and pillows.

Two chairs and a small table became very helpful.

There is a restaurant with a great breakfast buffet.

There is a small gym. And a couple of computers.

All staff is super friendly and the cleaning team ladies are amazing.

I stayed at the HG Hotel for two days of a thirteen day Mexico trip in July of 2019. The hotel is not necessarily well known to locals, so be prepared to offer directions (or take advantage of the airport shuttle they advertise, which I did not use as I was provided with transportation by a local business I was working with.)

Rooms are clean and the staff is extremely polite. Beds are comfortable and water pressure is strong; free bottled water is provided. My suite had a balcony. My biggest disappointment was the lack of a refrigerator - however, I could have known this from reading their features, so I am not deducting any points.

There were no noise issues. High speed internet is provided. The building is older, but I saw no problems with pests or mold. Would stay again.

Front desk man was very nice. Unlimited hot water for the jacuzzi, and the jacuzzi worked well. Spacious room. Nice view from balcony.

Good Hotel. It has a good location with restaurants and bars nearby. It is clean and the rooms are quite big. The furniture is not the best, however isn't the worst. You can take a good and cheap breakfast buffet if you want. I recommend it if dont pay more than $100.00 USD/$2,000.00 MX per night.

Very nice and clean place for a quick stay. Everyone seemed nice. It's walking distance from costco and plaza galerias which is a very big mall and lots of places to eat and shop. The rooms are have the basic things you need. They have Wi-Fi and a small place to work out. They have valet parking for free. The only reason I gave 4 stars it's because they seem short staff at times and it take a while to get your car. There no option for you to park it yourself.
