Hotel is average and ok. Breakfast is very strange, I regret I paid it.

Clean, nice and modern room with AC. The stay was good. The only problem for me were the beds, too hard for my back, but everything else was very good. The front desk service was excellent. I would come back to this place.

The place was neat, tidy, and very modern. The only reason I have them 4 States is because the bed was soooo hard. I woke up with a back ache every day of our 3 day stay. Other than that, the people were very friendly and helpful.

The right place for resting in Guadalajara when traveling for business. Great cost-benefit, parking and clean rooms. In the plaza that is just below , the hotel has at least three great food options and a coffee shop. The access is great.

This place was really clean and modern, hot showers and the best part was the super fast wifi. But it was cramped and the elevator was tiny and took forever. I thought it was slightly overpriced but the parking was very secure and had two watchmen all night. Also food was within walking distance.

Place is good. Administrative personal Need to have more attention on reservations, We pay by Banks transfer and in our check in, Personal in reception doesn't have registered that we have made the payment. We have to deal and prove again that we have done this before.

Excelente price, good location, the rooms are small but in very good conditions. The are two problems, the first one has to do with the elevator which is very slow and honestly insufficient for everybody, and the second is that the hotel has no restaurant, the recommend you a place and offer you a discount on it but the service and quality are awful in that restaurant.
