Great service. They are real heroes. I realized at midnight that I lost my cell phone charger in the airport, so in that moment I called front desk, and they let me borrow one that has multiple adapters. Very clean room and nice bed.

I will personally not recommend this Hotel in particular, the staff was not friendly at all, made our stay miserable. We made one complain, and apparently it was the cause to be mistreated like we did. We went for WORK, and had to stay for 12 nights. ROOM #325 has no internet reach, do to Covid 19 the personal was wearing the proper gear but the rooms were not cleaned properly and the common areas were dirty not good. No hot water one night after a long day of work so they sent me to the Hotel next door. The only nice recepcionist was the man that had the night shift he tried to make our stay comfortable but the others man always had a bad face and way to talk when we required something. The hotel did sent us a fruit tray and a letter of apology, but perhaps making our stay comfortable could of been nicer than the fruit, plus they ruined a pair of expensive pants at the Laundry of the Hotel DONT SEND LAUNDRY to be done if its expensive, they claim they didnt do it but my pants were not like that if you do send something take a before picture. so they dont say to you it was like that. very very unsatisfied with our stay. for a couple more pesos find a better hotel

La entrada al hotel por estacionamiento está bien, el problema está cuando quieres acceder por recepción pues la entrada se complica al tener que pasar una plumilla de una plaza y una rampa para finalmente llegar al hotel, no es privada.
Las habitaciones están bien pero nada notable, en mi estadía la luz se fue dos veces, la coladera de la regadera estaba algo obstruida,el gimnasio si bien te rescata de una urgencia tiene 5 caminadoras y una sola banca, mancuernas con pesos standard y ningúna máquina extra.
La alberca está bien, lo único destacable fue su personal que en su gran mayoría son muy amables
