This place is one of my favorites in this area. I've been coming here for a very long time. If you choose this place you won't regret it.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms were great, beds were comfy and the shower was huge with a rain head. Great location next to amazing food options.

I stayed here with my family for a wedding over a weekend. The customer service was impeccable and rooms were very clean. Housekeeping came to clean up at appropriate times and even at different hours in the day. The bar was food is very good and affordable. You cannot go wrong Staying here. The surrounding area is lively with a lot of restaurant and bar options. This hotel made the trip and we will for sure be coming back.

Best hotel in Guadalajara, (At least talking about big hotel chains). Service is the best, breakfast is a bit more expensive vs other restaurants but variety of food is worth the price. The pool is very cool! Water is warm and it has a nice view of the andares mall

Stayed at this Hyatt for a long weekend during May 2022. Everything was exceptional!! You simply can't beat the location if you like to walk to great restaurants. Rooms are quiet, clean, modern and spacious. Nice bathrooms too!

A great hotel, and well above other Hyatt Regencys. It's nestled in Guadalajara's luxury district. The staff was top notch and incredibly friendly. There was a complimentary continental breakfast every morning, the quality was okay, but it was free and a wide selection. A lot more than most continental breakfasts. Will definitely return.
