Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered a pasta Bolognese and they brought a lasagna and were unable to accept their mistake. To make matters worse, once I provided my card to pay, the rude waitress passed the card multiple times that ended up blocking my card because of security from my bank. I had to provide a second card where they also passed it twice (all they had to do was switch the terminal), they became extremely rude, not wishing my fiancée and myself a good afternoon and throwing the card onto the table. To conclude, I spoke to the supervisor of the restaurant about the incident who chose her words carefully stating that it was our perception about the rude treatment and blaming my card (bank of America) which is accepted in every establishment. Clearly it was a problem with their terminal since they had to reset it and switch for another one. Highly recommended to avoid this restaurant for lack of service in an amazing plaza with many better options to select from.

Aparentemente por ser Mexicano, me está diciendo que no es posible que le converse en ingles? Tan ignorantes son? Escribo en inglés porque también me gustaría dejarles saber a los turistas que no conversan el castellano lo terrible que son como establecimiento. Si usted no habla inglés, no exprese su inseguridad y aprenda escribir en ambos idiomas.
So to continue, IN ENGLISH, I am baffled by your continued pride to say it is our perception when we can happily go back and look over the audio and video and prove to you without any fear whatsoever that we have every right in our stance and comments. As a restaurant, most are flexible in the menus they provide, and one can order a meal that can be adjusted. It is up to the restaurant to strictly mention they cannot alter a meal, of which the client will be understanding and respectful of. This was not the case. You repeat that we ordered a lasagna and then have the audacity that our complaints are made in order to avoid paying a check. This is the most disrespectful treatment we have ever received and quite frankly, we aren’t the only clients disgusted by your terrible service. It is seen and commented on various platforms. My fiancée ordered a pasta bolognese and the waitress never even mentioned or stated that the establishment only provides lasagnas. We can review audio where the waitress herself will say that it can be done. So don’t lie and say that we mistakenly ordered poorly. This is false. I will continue to make my honest comments and declarations about your terrible service to everyone I can because you are not only providing a poor service but clearly are also liars. Cannot sink more than this. I will be speaking with a representative later today and share all these comments as well are your ridiculous stance.
Le puedo hablar en inglés, o en español, también en francés? O eso no me permite ser mexicano? Ignorante y revista contra su propia gente…que triste se usted.

Veo que decidieron borrar su comentario tan irrespetuoso después de que yo publicara mi respuesta. Para no tener mi comentario sin contexto y demostrar su falta de respeto a la comunidad, estoy publicando su post. En vez de disculparse, deciden tomar el camino de orgullo y cobardía, mal hecho. Sean humanos primero y reconozcan su error.
