-Rude customer service (Night Shift). Charged a 14 year old as an adult when they saw his height (AFTER reservation was already paid for and ages had been disclosed during reservation). Night Shift claimed 14 years old is considered an adult in Mexico. AC was leaking a lot. NO ELEVATORS. Stairs felt unsafe.
+Did have hot water and looked clean.

Clean, good location close to Church of Zapopan. 8-10 minite walk to metro route. 15 minute car route to TelMex Auditorium.

Good place to stay , it's centrally located and close to a lot of places I wanted to see.

Rooms need more attention, the sheets and towels was very old and the fan had a lot dust

Cool place to stay unfortunately our last stay the wifi didn't work as properly as before, and there was not breakfast since the restaurant is under construction; Nonetheless, everything else was very pleasant and we will probably stay again. ????????

My family and I had an awesome time at this location! The only reason we chose was because it’s a walking distance to La Basilica. The best part for us is they provide free breakfast and entrance to the gym. I have to give a shout out to the ladies in housekeeping not only did they do a great job on cleanliness but gave us directions and suggestions on cool places near by.

Really friendly staff. Great customer service. Needed medicine refrigerated and they stored it for us at no cost. The hotel is located next to the basilica and the plaza.
