Friday night, there was good live music and flamenco dancers. The food was ok, but Ive had better at that price. You are paying for the piece of real estate the restaurant is at. They needed one or two more servers as while I was asking the server about the dishes the server actually said to me "i have other tables, will give you another 5 minutes". How am I going to make a decision if I still dont know what to order?
I did enjoy the server that was able to explain what is Jerez, the different types of it that they sell and enjoyed his recommendation.

When you google Enrique Tomas it shows a charcuterie board with tete moine, which they don't sell, I'm not giving it 5 stars because I choose this place looking for this specific cheese, however the attention was outstanding.

The original Catalan place Enrique Tomas in Guadalajara. The service is excellent, the 'bocatas' are amazing good, and the place is cozy and beautiful. All was just well.

Servicio excelente, comida deliciosa —aunque creo que no justifica los preciosa tan altos—. Nomás el sitio se siente muy austero, la decoración y los arreglos que tienen me parecen muy equis —salvo por el muro de jamones, por supuesto—. Las mesas están muy equis, los arreglos muy equis también, deberían tener algo que complemente a los jamones colgados. Creo que ahí tienen una buena área de oportunidad.
