Found it as we were looking for late lunch after visiting Chichen Itza. Found it based on reviews on line and we were not disappointed. Love this quaint location! Tried the local dish Poc Choc for the first time and loved it! Also had their cochina pibil, I lived in Mexico for over 20 and this was truly the best I’ve ever had!
The service was fast and friendly!
A must try!

Fantastic place with very good food ant the best cheescake. The owner is very nice and the garden around the restaurant is amazing. There is also a small pool. The prices are very good. Would definitely recommend.

Chicken was excellent, vegetarian options limited. Very cool outdoor vibes, hammocks and a pool

Ask for menus, I was expecting to pay less. The beans were missing from our bowls, it was mostly bean broth with a couple of bites of beans. I'm just glad it wasn't the meat they shorted us on, it was delicious. The tortilla making was a memorable experience for the kids.

The place was beautiful and wonderfully kept. Complimentary nachos as appetizers but most importantly the food was good. People should try eating at this place while returning from Chichenitza and going towards Valladolid or Cenote X kaken

I ate there yesterday with my family and it was amazing. Fresh food, appetizers, most directly from the garden. We had chicken, pork and sausage entres. Authentic Yucatan food, family owned. The food was delicious and the hospitality could not have been better. It is an absolute "don't miss" if you are in the area. Photos to come soon. 5 Stars.

La Tia Polóc has some of the best food I've ever eaten. For sure the best tortillas. We were there by ourselves on a Sunday morning. We went in, sat down, never saw a menu at all. The host just told us what they had and we told him our preferences. The drinks were cold. I don't usually like tamarind drinks but this one was good. While we were waiting we walked through the nursery/garden, which is beautiful. You should take the time to do this if you find yourself here. Anyway, the food. The sausage was pretty good, but the chicken was better. It must have been a real chicken and not a pathetic factory creature like we're used to eating. We also had a dish the host called "melted cheese." This is highly recommended. If I get to go back I'll get at least two of these along with a good supply of tortillas. I won't say how much money we spent, but it was shockingly low for food that good to feed four people. If I ever come back to Mexico, this place will be the main reason.
