Love this place! Stayed Here for 3 Nights. Friendly staff, amazing swimming pools. The ecologic pool is really pretty! Rooms are nice and simple. We loved our stay over here!

So close to the road, there are many trucks even at 3 or 4am. And you will definitely hear them. Reception is angry for some reason, rest of the staff friendly. No wifi no water. Weak breakfast they won't even refill coffee. Not worth it.

Nice place with a nice pool in a great location for visiting the cenotes and archaeological sites of the area. Breakfast is rather slim though, with weak coffee. The beds are rather hard.

Three stars and not four because of the proximity with the road, when swimming in the pool you will hear the cars passing by. Also the showers could be cleaner, a bit of mold on the curtains and wall. But the owners are nice, the shower was warm. Practical place to stay if you are on a budget close to chichen itza.

Room sucks, but was fun for a day stay to visit local place. Service and food was good.

Disgusting place. No hand towels, no drinking water, no WiFi (when asked why there was no internet was greeted with a shrug), bathroom smells of sewage. Pool is filthy and edging full of black mould. Location is all that's good about the place but not worth it

Affordable and in a great location. Just a few minutes from Chichen and across the street from one of the most beautiful cenotes in Yucatan. In the afternoon the insects are active here. This place is in the jungle so a towel under your door to outside would be nice. Otherwise. I would recommend this place
