We were so very lucky to stay at Casa de las Tortugas! The house is just beautiful and immaculately clean. The family who owns the house, Sara, with the help of her daughter Arte, have tremendous attention to detail. The house is extremely well cared for and it shows in all the many amenities. You will find everything you need and more. The location right on the beach is exquisite. It takes your breath away every moment you sit on your terrace and look out onto the sea.

Even better is the kindness and thoughtfulness of both Sara and Arte. They care so much about helping their guests have the best experience possible. They offer their help and support and make sure each guest has access to any services their might need outside the home like contacts for laundry, moto taxi, food delivery and where to shop for fruits, vegetables and fresh bread. I cannot say enough about how totally wonderful this family cares for their guests. We cannot wait to return!

I have to say that of several places we've rentedin el Cuyo, Yucatan. This is the best so far. It is small, 2 rooms only and one bathroom.
