Clean room with comfortable bed and pillow, hot water, air conditioning, ceiling fan, cable tv and wifi. Simple and nice

We where like suffocating in the room. The showers water was or super cold or super hot, like extremely hot. It was not working well. There is no window so we left the door opened in the morning at least to get some fresh air.

Helpful staff who made phone calls for me in Spanish and backed me up in a dispute with a tour company. Nice private rooms with private bathrooms. They accept cards.

Staff is super nice and always willing to help, very clean place, however I stayed 2 days and 80% of the time there was no electricity, meaning there was no AC or no Fan... at first the said it was an outagr but then we came to realize it was just overheatong of their power lines... luckly I had a great time but the heat was just life ending...

The location is excellent, close to Marimba's Park. The rooms are quite good. Probably a bit overpriced but it the general rule here in Tuxtla. Hot water runs out frequently

Simple hotel, in the city center. Hard to park.
