If you in a budget and willing to pay 700 pesos daily and don't care about clog drainer in the shower floor and perhaps you may be run out water.
This place is close to a major shopping center.
Major turn down is the shower drainer was clog like a swimming pool and who knows how dirty was the floor
I called and complaint about this issue every single day, which after 3 days they send some body. it took only 8 min to fix it
Also in the middle of taking a shower water run out..water pump broke and didn't have a replacent.
Very inconvenient. Dirty dishes left for days at the hallways only one elevator it fits 2 people.
There is other places near by which are better choices

The staff told us the cañon del sumidero wasn't open for the tours on the boats when it actually is, the pool had way too much chlorine that you couldn't even be in it and the air conditioners in both our rooms weren't working properly and made so much noise cracking that we couldn't even get a good night's sleep. I don't recommend it.

They have a really good service the rooms are clean and tidy and people are very kind the menu is great the food is cheap and tasty they should be more severe with the rules in the pool but i really enjoyed spending time there

Very confortable place! Clean and great service. Only lacks on wifi side.

The location makes it a good place, it's near the bus stop and a mall. The attention from employees is ok, and the pool it's nice!

A great hotel with a nice pool and very centrally located. Reasonable prices and good security.

The facilities are perfect for stay a couple of days there is no way you can regret about the hotel
