Great place! My family and I went for lunch, it was very warm outside but once we sat in our table it was just fine, the restaurant have indoor AC.
Food was delicious and average waiting both times to be seated and served.

Prices were a bit high for food that you can find anywhere where else in the city but the place and quality of the food makes it worthy.

Great place to visit if you want to try food from the south of Mexico in a nice restaurant rather than local markets.

Delicious food that tastes like grandma herself made it. Best for breakfast and tapas style sharing. Tobasco meets chiapas and it is really delicious

When you go to a restaurant you want to enjoy a good time, receive an efficient service and tasty food, which does not happen here !! It becomes frustrating to be insisting that the waitress come to your table and when you get it goes without your order! Their dishes are well assembled, but lacking flavor, the only thing that can be rescued are the Chilaquiles; the chicken ckiquen (nuguets and potatoes) of the children's menu, ideal to purge the one who ingests them, impregnated in oil !!! They could not be eaten, because of their terrible taste and excess fat, at least the potatoes were passable. The eggs with bacon, were not spared, nor the tortillas pregnant, a resounding mistake to have chosen this restaurant.
Definitely a place I would not return to !!!
I would suggest to management, cut their number of tables or double their staff to improve their service. And definitely review the recipes to be able to have the flavor of the other Teapanecos.
It is worth mentioning that we were the first conenzales and that's how it was! I do not even want to imagine how the attention was for others if the restaurant was saturated !!

Lamentablemente el Teapaneco en Tuxtla no es igual, sus porciones bastas pero lo único que tienen es exceso de grasa, al punto de no poder ingerir los alimentos; nos pasaron la cuenta al mismo tiempo que las bebidas, y los cafés nunca llegaron!! eso es inaceptable. Cuando vas a un restaurante quieres disfrutar de un buen momento, recibir un servicio eficiente y alimentos sabrosos, cosa que aquí no sucede!! Se vuelve frustrante estar insistiendo en que la mesera llegue a tu mesa y cuando lo consigues va sin tu pedido!! Sus platillos bien montados, pero faltos de sabor, lo único rescatable son los Chilaquiles; el pollito ckiquen (nuguets y papas) del menú infantil, ideales para purgar al que los ingiera, impregnado en aceite!!! No pudieron ser comidos, por su terrible sabor y exceso de grasa, almenos las papas estaban pasables. Los huevos con tocino, no se libraron, tampoco las tortillas embarazadas, un rotundo error haber elegido este restaurante.
Definitivamente un lugar al que no regresaría!!!
Le sugeriría a la gerencia, recortar su número de mesas o doblar su personal para poder mejorar su servicio. Y definitivamente revisar las recetas para poder tener la sazón de los otros Teapanecos.
Cabe mencionar que fuimos de los primero conenzales y así nos fue!!! No quiero ni imaginar como estuvo la atención para los demás si el restaurante estaba saturado!!
