Very rude staff, tried to make us pay more than what we booked on Booking.com.

Said the price was for a room without air conditioning even though we specifically booked one. If we wanted that, we'd have to pay extra which we didn't. We chose Hotel Casablanca around the corner instead, which was lovely!
