Great and friendly staff. Reasonably priced. The restaurant has a great selection of food and a good breakfast selection. The swimming pool and nice and big and they have plenty of towels so no need to bring one from your room. It’s close to a lot of malls and conveniently located outside of the city centre.

This hotel is trendy, modern, and a bit upscale from other hotels around, so I decided to stay here. This location is convenient just a few blocks from downtown. It's not as crowded as the Fiesta Inn Mall which is so awesome. The restaurant has delicious food. The salmon and prime rib are delightful but a bit overpriced. Very slow internet and towels are old :/

The location is convenient, close to the downtown and the main avenue. The rooms are clean and comfortable, excellent service. Some other things that they can improve is the lack of mats on the shower and there is no valet parking o the nights

It's very nice to have a dinner in Fiesta Inn Tuxtla Gutierrez, once I sleep in the hotel and the rooms are so comfortable, the air conditional, the bathroom very clean, nice beds. The service it's excellent at the lobby, in the restaurant, very delicious breakfasts and dinners, also the drinks and the coffe too. And the location is very nice, there are so many places around it, it doesn't take to much to arrive to someplace, very well located.

I have to say I was expecting more from a Fiesta Inn based on the corporate standard... This hotel is all stone floors, which echo every place, all day long. What is really annoying is the THINNESS of the Walls and Floors. Why do I need to Hear a phone conversation in the next room or the room above me? The Food is good, the services is good, could be better as in STOP TRYING TO BREAK MY DOOR DOWN IF I AM A SLEEP! Seriously, sure I didn't put the card on the door, but the DEAD Bolt is Locked the Hing Lock is applied...STOP IT!!! The Service people are very nice, however the hotel staff could use a few more training lessons. The entire experience is WAY over priced for the area and the fact that most of the surrounding city and suburbs BURN Trash...the sky is NOT Clear and if you have allergies or asthma... only come if you are ordered by work and then use a medical excuse not to come, you'll thank me for this.

Staff is very nice and accessible. Although, wifi is very slow

The room was very comfortable, the attention was very nice, but the room service was pretty busy, they told me that could take more than one hour to serve us.
