The location of this hotel its quite convenient since it's located almost right next to the Galerías mall and lots of other restaurants and sites of interest... The room are spacious and nice in style, also comfortable.

On the other hand, the wifi was a bit unstable and slow, the hotel was doing construction works and got wake up early from hammer noise and the water of the shower was just warm....

It's not the best hotel but it served its purpose... The staff was friendly and the buffet was fine.

We arrived on the evening of November 16, 2017. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I forgot to get their names (especially the woman), but thank you for your help! The room was very nice - large, new, and clean. The free breakfast was excellent!

I had a pleasant experience for a 6 night stay at Fresno Galerías. The staff were polite, some more friendly than others. There are 24 hour security guards who were polite and helpful.

The breakfast buffet was good. The room was clean for the most part. However, the carpet in my room was dirty and in need of shampooing.

Also, the cleaning lady threw out or took a perfectly good banana I had sitting on the night stand. No big deal.

Overall, I recommend this hotel for convenience to the airport, city center and its value.

We are staying here for 9 nights. This is going to be our 7th night today. We found the hotel average. Staff is friendly but when telling them about our needs they tend to forget or simply they dont do nothing. Water flows very slow at sink. On our arrival we had 3 hand towels, the next day and up to today we only have one hand towel.

Fresno Galeria Hotel accepted our non-reservation stay with our pet dog...not a small dog...but a xlarge size pet who is a house dog. Serveral other places would not take us because of our pet. So gracias for letting us stay. The beds were very comfortable and my husband and I got a good night sleep and yes...our girl had her own doggie bed.

Excellamt deal on economy lodging: clean, comfortable, and an excellent breakfast buffet. Right next door to Galerias Mall.

Nice hotel, very clean and modern. The free breakfast was great. Many hot options.
