Poor quality experience at this particular location on the outskirts of Toluca. Various drink options were not available due to a broken machine. The place had a really run down feel and seemingly no investment in the fabric of the interior. Cables hanging from the walls - see pics. Toilets filthy. The whole place very down at heel. Three staff on duty but disconnected from any attempt at making the place better for customers.

He ido estas últimas veces porque en general me gustan mucho los frapuccinos, la primera vez que fui no tenían chispas, la segunda no tenían crema batida, la tercera no tenían ni popote ni cucharas, la cuarta no tenían cambio, pase al sanitario y estaban súper sucios, sin jabón y los chavos estaban platicando, nunca me gusta tomarme ahí mi café porque las instalaciones están en malas condiciones y hoy que fui el chavo que estaba con muy mal genio, no me contesto él buenas tardes y tampoco tenia cambio, casi me aventó el café.
La verdad es una lástima porque ya no volveré a comprar, quise darles muchas oportunidades pero luego luego se ve que a los empleados les vale y al dueño también.
