There is a small art museum and two stores selling books and crafts inside the twisting towers structure. Worth a visit. Plan for one hour of time. (December 2020)

No entrance fee. Beautiful works of art available for purchase. Free parking. Able to appreciate the architecture from the bottom up in the middle of the twisted towers.

Small gallery of varied exhibits. The structure can be seen away from it. Search for the access or Google it.

I expected to see history of the state of Mexico as described in the gob.mx page. However I only saw art gallery.
