They gave me a welcome kit with the basics of personal cleaning, sandals, new pillows, etc.
From the cleaning staff, nurses, stretcher bearers, doctors, kitchen, to the reception, all excellently focused and attentive to their work.

The only thing I saw that it needs is to have a pharmacy for the public, since it does not have one.

Tuve una cirugía programada y recibí una excelente atención, el personal es muy atento y amable y me sorprendió la organización que manejan.
La comida muy buena, en mi caso le brindaron alimentos a mi familiar también, y todos los días le acomodaban su cama limpia para que se quedará por las noches. Cuando uno se encuentra en una situación vulnerable por enfermedad no solo sufre el enfermo, también sus familiares y el que los atendieran bien, se agradece. Nuevamente retomo lo de la organización porque hay una cantidad muy grande de personal y cada uno atiende un área diferente, por lo que él trabajo siempre está bien hecho y enfocado, ya que cada quien atiende solo un área y eso como paciente te genera confianza de que no se olvidarán de tu atención.
Me brindaron desde un kit de bienvenida con lo básico de limpieza personal, sandalias, almohadas nuevas, etc.
Desde el personal de limpieza, los enfermeros, camilleros, médicos, cocina, hasta la recepción todos excelentemente enfocados y atentos a su trabajo.
Y MUCHO OJO no conozco a nadie ahí ni soy familiar de nadie, solo cuento mi experiencia propia porque lo malo se dice siempre pero lo bueno también hay que decirlo y por ello quiero compartir lo que viví yo, al principio tenía un poco de desconfianza porque leí malos comentarios pero como ya lo mencioné lo malo se dice casi siempre pero lo bueno muy pocas veces.
He estado en otros hospitales privados y en ninguno me ofrecieron tantos detalles y servicios como en este.
Al final me dieron todas las indicaciones que debía seguir, desde el medicamento hasta la dieta que debía llevar para mí mejor recuperación y todo muy bien explicado por el personal correspondiente a cada área.
También quería comentar que son muy respetuosos de tu descanso, en otros hospitales entran y salen y prenden las luces, hacen ruidos altos y no puedes dormir, en este caso, se entiende que van a estar entrando por la madrugada y te indican que de preferencia dejes una luz tenue para no molestarte mientras tratas de descansar, eso me pareció, un detalle muy importante ya que se entiende que es su trabajo estar entrando y saliendo pero que te tomen en cuenta es genial.
Lo único que ví que le hace falta es tener una farmacia para el público, ya que no cuenta con ella.
En conclusión, mi experiencia fue excelente, se que va a sonar muy tonto pero me atendieron mejor que en un hotel, lo recomiendo ampliamente, me fui muy contenta y satisfecha por la oportunidad de poder atenderme ahí. Muchas Gracias a todo el personal por su excelente trabajo ????????.
