Super comfortable and quiet for a good nights rest. The shower was hot and good. The breakfast was served early and had coffee, juices, hot items and fresh fruit.

Our room smelt like feet as soon as we opened the door. Our pillows had hair on them and the bedding didn't appear to have been washed. The towels provided smelt mildewy. The staff was nice, but I wasn't impressed with the rest.

The service was excellent but the rooms are a little bit small. I had a bad experience with the rooms of I used because I had requested a room without smoking service but the smell of cigarettes was very strong, the staff comments were that the next floor was for smoking service and that was the only reason.

The coffe maker was dirty, the internet connection was horrible. I´m used to stay in this hotel, but this time it wasn't cool.

Worse location, somtimes smells bad. Good rooms, good service, good prices but terrible breakfast, only chilaquiles everyday.

Rooms and service are good, however everytime we have problems to process the payment because they need to verify the card and it's a corporative reservation
