Great hotel. Room was clean. Bed was beyond comfortable. The breakfast was very good. They offered what I expected from the chain. The location was also great.

The quality of your hotels are consistent. I was pleasantly surprised to find this out in Toluca. Well trained staff.
The room had everything I needed to be able to relax and have a good night sleep.
When I went to have breakfast, the restaurant had a good variety and choices. That made my day.

Easy parking. Comfortable rooms. Good WiFi. Poor breakfast (HIE Oaxaca has the Best!) kind staff!

I found the staff very helpful and always willing to assist me. They were very nice.

Breakfast is always the same, is good but I will appreciate if they can open sooner due sometimes we need to work before 7 am and it's pretty tight start serving at 6:30 am.

Bed is very comfortable and clean.

The snack time is a good concept and I think if they could have a buffete (it does not matter if you have to pay) will be great because for people that do not know Toluca prefer closer places to Hotel and if it's in the Hotel is better.

In general the experience was great. All the installation is clean and despite the freezing cold outside of the hotel, inside there was a confortable ambient. Little amenities but enough and practical and the staff helps you all the way to have a good experience during your stay. Congratulations to the team¡

I rarely leave reviews, but this time I have to say that I'm surprised the IHG group has not taken this hotel off their group. Don't get me wrong, staff is friendly and helpful, but the accommodations are pretty old and maintenance seems rarely. For example, all lamps wet unplugged in the room (which by the way, is very dark anyways) had to use my cell phone to get them plugged. Few Channels with bad reception. Wi-Fi was completely useless with one bar from any part of the room. A water truck was in front of the hotel blocking all entrances, I had to drive ahead and back to the lobby (I understand that this happens, but nobody was there to direct the hotel traffic). Apparently they had thermostats in the wall, when they took them they left the nails and screws in the wall. I hate to be this way, but I don't think I'll ever stay in this hotel again. There is a Crown Plaza close by, and the price difference I think is worth it (I hope). At least breakfast was good and room was fairly clean.
