Unfortunately this beautiful building is plagued by nonexistent staff and awful restaurant food quality. Don’t waste your time at this location. Just keep driving… 07-14-2022. Good luck.

Hotel is clean, heating was not working and once on breakfast there were more then 10 people it got little bit messy with organization. Otherwise hotel is good, location could be in "safer" area but there is nothing to do about it :-)

I stay at Hilton properties only when I travel. This property is one I would neither recommend or stay at again.

It was decent stayed, the hotel itself is very spacious lots of room, but during my stayed not one person around. Ac in the rooms ran hot, I had 3 rooms during my stayed with the fam and they all ran hot, not until we said something they miraculously got better. The Starbucks on premises is not a real Starbucks. They said they are not affiliated with Starbucks no more but the sign is there. Overall service was fine. If you're in the area and need a place to stay for a day or two not bad other than that eh.

Stayed here while on business and was not disappointed. Service and food was good although somewhat limited due to Covid effecting travel. Beautiful Christmas decorations at this well-maintained facility.

The interior spaces are very inviting. Great open feel, vintage architecture, with modern appointments. Rooms are modern, clean, efficient. The mix of materials throughout the property is very appealing. The menu selection at the restaurant is diverse, and the meal was very good in terms of presentation and palette. Being a coffee fiend I was very happy to see that they serve Starbucks.

Located near the GM Toluca factory, this unassuming hotel has a beautiful interior. Not too small and not too large, the size is just right for staff to know their regular guests.

During December 2020, the pool was closed but the gym was not.
