We have been waiting 50 mins and they still won’t open another register. Yes I know Walmart is busy! But this is unreal I get your trying to follow COVID protocol but your actually do more damage allowing everyone bunch up in line then if you opened all the lanes! And each lane is 6 ft from the other lane!

You get a great selection of items. The shopping experience is similar to that of the USA and the return policies are similar.

I would even argue the service here is better than in the USA.

Expensive for walmart, and always full of people of course. But they have everything we needed quick and the people are helpful.

My original review was for a different Walmart.. The Walmart in Tijuana is nothing like the Walmarts in the US . This Walmart is small and has a very small selection of products to choose from. I will never drive through all the traffic to go to the Tijuana Walmart again. I would rather cross the border. The Tijuana Walmart does not carry the same products found in the US.

My wife and I stopped here on November 21, 2021, to grab just a few things. The first indication that we made a mistake was, the parking lot was full. There was no parking. The store was extremely full of people. You couldn't even move the cart through the aisles to shop. The lines to pay were very long and wrapping around. It is terrible that this corporations earn so much money, pay their employees very little, especially in Mexico and then treat their customers like this. It is not ok to make customers wait over 30 minutes to pay.

First Walmart I've been to in years, forgot how big they are. This place has everything, except for microwave's hot plate plastic support. The ABSOLUTE worst thing about this place is the lines. I understand the registers are staggered for social distancing, but what's it serve if customers do what they want u0026 not distance themselves u0026 not wear masks u0026 Walmart doesn't kick 'em out? u0026 the 800 number is trash. Tighten up.
