Manager has a bad attitude, no costumer care ethics what’s so ever... can’t use studio when classes are not in session. We paid three months ahead specially for the studio, when we enrolled we ask if we could use the studio when it was empty, she said that as long there was no class taking place, everyone can use it. Almost a month in.. we’re told we can’t use it and they’re are even changing the lock to locked it!!!
