It was very loud and not relaxing at all because there were children being babysat by the employees there that were SCREAMING and running around the entire time. They were splashing the other customers and being unruly. The employees in charge of watching them did nothing to stop it. After they eventually left we tried to stay at the pool to try and relax just a little bit but another employee came up to us to advise us our two hours were up. We only got to have 30 mins at this place that were kind of relaxing. Hopefully they do something to control this for next time.

It is what it is. Hot springs in the middle of TJ, but pretty run down. They are slowly, very slowly, fixing it up. The men's bathroom has been somewhat upgraded, as have some of the private baths, but they have a long way to go. My wife complains the women's bathroom has no hot showers, the men's do. We love the upper outdoor hot pools, and the cold-water swimming pool, but the upper pools are only filled on weekends. The swimming pool is not heated, ironically, and freezing cold in winter. We love the place, but it is dilapidated.

I see a number of posts complaints about the smell of the water. These waters smell because it is from the sulfur that occurs from the underground springs, it is normal hot springs to have this smell.

I love coming here, it is relaxing and am very thankful that it is a hidden jewel and not many people know about it.

Facilities and infrastructure are falling apart. Rooms are filled with mold and no ventilation at all. It looks like the new owners have neglected this place that used be one the jewels of Tijuana. Investment and maintenance needed desperately for this place.

Massage was excellent, but I think they need better equipment like massage tables, better towels, sheets and the room needs attention as well.

First they put me in the hot springs to loosen the body then they gave me a relaxing massage and finally they put clay on me... I felt like new.

Great place to relax with a masage. Or have fun swiming in the pool with family.
