The most wonderful staff and Doctors! I was treated so good!! Everyone from the transportation staff to the Doctors gave me the best care!!! The immunotherapy institute really cares and they really want to help you!!!!!

The care and medical expertise were superior to those I’ve received in the U.S. and both were delivered with kindness and warmth. When the going got tuff they dug in their heals and produced both life saving and better quality of life alternatives. Looking back I am grateful for their abilities to consult with a broad network of colleagues and to think outside of the box. They were very respectful of and attentive to my personal beliefs and choices.
All arrangements for appointments, consultations, drivers etc. were professionally handled.
I stayed at the Marriott which is 4 blocks from the hospital and I would, when I could, walk between the two. I felt safe and at no time encountered unpleasant experiences in the local neighborhoods. I also rode with Uber for most of my radiation therapies, the last few days I was able to walk those 6-8 blocks as well. I was on my own and felt secure.
I am both thankful and grateful for all their hard work and haven’t felt better in many, many years. Current status Cancer Free.

We chose Angeles Hospital Functional Oncology Center after looking at several alternative centers. As we lived close to Tijuana we chose to visit the Hospital an met most of the staff. Dr. Pérez met us in person which made a big difference. He explained the process very well. The case Manager Gabriela was extremely helpful and was able to obtain answers to every question we had. On our arrival we were received by Yesenia and shown to my room. We had viewed several testimonies and knew the food was going to be good and it was. As for my treatment plan everything went to plan except for the Sistemic Hyperthermia which was brought forward a day but did not in any way impact the treatment plan. Everything seems to have gone very well.
I came to the Hospital with Prostate Cancer and look forward to a positive outcome.
All the staff here are extremely helpful and caring. All my questions were answered and I never felt I was on my own.

STAY AWAY from this Mickey Mouse, hocus pocus, utter joke of a hospital!! This place uses ‘alternative cancer treatments’ but the problem is they simply don’t work!! The whole thing is a scam and will cost you around $35,000. You will see lots of ‘survivor stories’ littered online including videos on youtube and, although I wouldn’t go as far as to call these people ‘stooges’, it is highly questionable as to whether any of these individuals had cancer at all in the first place.

When you first make contact, you will receive an Email from a lady called Marla Manhart who will dazzle you with her knowledge of specialist cancer treatment hospitals which are available in Mexico and the techniques that they can offer such as hyperthermia, cell vaccines, ozone therapy, T-Cells and a number of others – all of which are painless, non-invasive and offer no side effects!! It all sounds simply too good to be true and, as we discovered, this is precisely the case.

You will then receive a telephone call from Dr. Perez who is equally convincing, he will talk with you for around an hour or so and, to be fair, he will advise you that he is unable to cure cancer but, in the next breath, will also offer you remission rates of 90% for 5 years and 85% for 10 years survival!! Yeah right!, as we found out this is absolute rubbish; 5-10 days would be a more accurate prognosis.

I agree that their ‘functional oncology’ approach is indeed how cancer will be treated in the future i.e. to firstly build the immune system and then teach it how to attack cancer cells but the thing is they can’t actually do this!! They just say that they can!!

Please do not go anywhere near this place, the only treatments that work are the conventional ones – chemotherapy, radiotherapy and surgery. If your local hospital has advised that these treatments can no longer be administered then seek a second opinion at a private hospital, the chances are they will be able to help with further conventional treatment.

At first I thought this was a real oncology. The page looked nice in the pictures, but after doing some research it seems like it is something like this not the place to go. They don't even specialize in this!!!

I did not like their process and it seemed shady. They wanted me to make a decision without any hard data to support their claims.

They say that one the drs is from a a long line of drs, who invented IPT (insuin potentiate therapy) but you have NO data? RED Flag. LOL

How can you claim this long line of cancer treatment but not have the data? Yes, I understand cancer is complicated and nothing is a guarantee and nobody has a cure but why is there no data?

There are other places in Mexico, like Hope 4 Cancer that have been around for much longer and are more well known.

I was really skeptic about going to Mexico for treatments, they exceeded all my expectations; I am truly grateful for all they have done for me and my family, I know I’m in the right place to heal
